Project Details
Castle Towers Shopping Centre is currently undergoing a major transformation that when complete will see it become Australia’s second largest shopping precinct. Located in West Sydney, the centre welcomes an estimated 18 million visitors per year and Benmax is pleased to be a partner on this large multistage development project.
The Benmax team has successfully delivered the mechanical services for several earlier stages of work on the development project and recently completed Stage 3A works. This stage of the project included the refurbishment of 7,000 sqm of existing retail space and the development of a further 4,700 sqm of new retail space. The team worked across 52 mixed tenancies in total with the first section of works officially opened to the public in late 2019. Remaining stages of work were completed in late 2020.
