Project Details
Awarded the HVAC mechanical services contract for the two purpose-built and disaster resilient buildings by Naylor Love, Benmax successfully completed the new construction project in 2018.
Located within Christchurch’s premier industrial Waterloo Business Park in Islington, the Connetics Facility is a 5,300 sqm facility offering office accommodation, workshop and warehouse spaces, and tenant amenities.
The two-level facility operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week and includes an office and workshop building and separate open plan warehouse building, incorporating a formal reception, meeting and breakout rooms, training and seminar rooms, café, staff amenities and locker rooms, in addition to a central control office space.
Following the success of the build, the Benmax service and maintenance team secured the multiyear maintenance contract for the facility ensuring the ongoing efficient and effective operation of the systems in place at the site.
