Review equipment options from suppliers for compliance with specifications/briefs and seek out opinions as to reliability of product and other factors to help identify risks to Benmax reputation.
Respond positively to instruction and guidance from Senior Engineers and the General Manager.
Lead by example for Graduate Engineers assigned to work with you.
Be proactive in the tasks assigned, seek resolutions to problems, ask questions to confirm scope and timeframes and where necessary seek clarification before acting.
Communicate deviations in agreed timeframes to the project manager well ahead of their due date.
Seek out review of work before proceeding to construction status in accordance with Benmax QA processes.

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or Diploma of Engineering (Technical/Mechanical) (essential).
