About us:
We are a growing Australian manufacturing and distribution business with revenues of approximately $70 million, on a clear trajectory toward $100 million and beyond. Operating across our core locations and customer segments, we are recognised for our operational rigour, strong governance and commercial discipline.
As we scale, we are investing in the leadership capability, systems and processes that will support our next phase of growth. This newly created role is a direct response to that ambition.
About the role:
The Senior Financial Accountant is a newly established, technically senior role created to lead the organisation’s transition to large proprietary company status under ASIC regulatory requirements.

- Partner with senior finance leaders to improve systems, processes, and reporting capability.
- Contribute to the selection and optimisation of finance systems as the business scales.
- Support and mentor junior finance team members on technical accounting matters.
