Annual awards recognise outstanding individual achievements

First delivered in 2019, the annual Benmax Awards aim to recognise and celebrate the outstanding individual achievements of people from across our team. Determined by peer votes, the awards are one of the ways we thank our people for making a positive and important contribution to the business.

This year, a total of 16 people were recognised for their remarkable effort and we congratulate and thank each of them.

Awards were presented in the following categories:

• Project Person of the Year
• Service Person of the Year
• Commitment to Safety Award
• Rookie of the Year Award

In honour of our founding partners – Andrew Kolber, Mick Polsen and Ivan Pavlovic – major awards were also presented to team members displaying excellence in quality and accuracy, pride and passion, and client service.
