We’re proud to be part of the new Medowie Park High School project in Port Stephens — the first new high school delivered in the Hunter Valley in more than 25 years.

Working alongside Hansen Yuncken, the Benmax Newcastle team has secured the full HVAC design and construct package, including electrical, for the NSW Government’s new 1,000-student campus.

The greenfield development will include 29 classrooms, specialist science labs, workshops, a library, and a multi-purpose hall designed to support the region’s growing community for years to come.

Construction is already underway, with the school scheduled to open for Term 1, 2027.

We’re looking forward to helping deliver another important piece of community infrastructure for the region.
