Working alongside Construction Control and APG, the Benmax team delivered the mechanical systems across 17,000sqm of commercial office space, including a 2MW all-electric chilled and heating hot water central plant, high-performance polyvalent heat pumps, single-coil central Air Handling Units, and low-temp Variable Air Volume systems.

The project is targeting 5 Star Green Star and WELL initiatives, supporting the future of smarter, more sustainable workplaces in Canberra.

From design through to handover, this was a full team effort and another example of the kind of complex commercial work we love taking on.
