Located within the popular Brindabella Business Park, 25 Brindabella Circuit is one of the park’s showpiece buildings providing occupants with striking facades that link sympathetically to the natural surroundings.

Awarded the contract for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the mechanical services to this five-storey commercial office building, Benmax completed work on site in 2017. Incorporating environmental initiatives throughout the building design, the team’s work included installation of a central water cooled chilled water system, a gas fired heating water plant and low temperature VAV system.
