Continuing our longstanding relationship with Construction Control and Amalgamated Property Group, Benmax will deliver the mechanical services for their latest commercial office development located on the prestigious eastern corner of Anzac Parade and Constitution Avenue. Destined to become a thriving mixed-use precinct, Anzac Park East will sit along-side a new multi-building residential and retail development.

Led by design principles that respect the site’s symbolic location, contribute to the activation of Anzac Parade and implement the highest in environmental credentials, the commercial precinct is striving to achieve high level Green Star, NABERS and WELL ratings.

Mechanical services for the 17,000 sqm commercial tower offering A Grade office accommodation and a flexible floorplate design will include a 2MW all electric chilled and heating hot water central plant. High performance polyvalent (energy recovery) heat pumps, along with innovative single coil central Air Handling Units (to eliminate pressure losses associated with dormant off-season heating/cooling coils) and low temperature, high diffusion Variable Air Volume systems will also be incorporated to reduce energy losses associated with moving large volumes of air throughout the building.

The mechanical services design for the first building to be constructed in the mixed-use development was completed by our in-house engineering team in late 2023, with the team successfully securing stage 2 works soon after.

Construction of the project is expected to be completed in late 2025.
