Working in partnership with long term client Construction Control Sydney, Benmax recently completed upgrade works at Westpoint Blacktown, a busy retail precinct located in Western Sydney.

Benmax has a long association with Construction Control having worked with the builder on numerous retail, commercial and infrastructure projects across the ACT and NSW, and the experience of the Benmax team again proved beneficial in completing the staged project in an occupied and fully operational shopping centre.

Works involved the full replacement and upgrade of the facility’s mechanical ventilation system, air quality sensors, and Building Management System (BMS) across the six-floor undercover parking facility. The team successfully handed over the project in 2020.
