Executive Assistant

As our Executive Assistant, you’ll manage calendars, coordinate meetings, organise travel, and handle key documents. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and leadership team while supporting communication across the business.

About the role:

You’ll be the central role for high-level admin, supporting our teams and making sure things run smoothly.

• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for the Managing Director and leadership team

• Arrange domestic and international travel for all staff

• Prepare agendas, minutes, and action lists for leadership meetings

• Maintain document management and accurate record keeping

• Support company events and stakeholder engagement

What you’ll bring:

• 5 years’ experience in an administrative or executive support role

• Advanced organisational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems

• Permanent working rights in Australia
