Administration Coordinator

About this opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Administration/Service Coordinator to plan and coordinate daily operations and provide high-level support for staff and customers.

The role is full-time Monday to Friday, based in our Queanbeyan West, NSW office.

What will your day look like?

  • Coordinate and schedule the daily activities and work for all Service Technicians.
  • Maintain accurate records of all Service Technician activity, certificates and licences.
  • Create purchase orders, raise invoices, compile service reports.
  • Provide high-level administrative and reception services.
  • Respond to customer requests and provide exceptional customer service.

About you:

  • MUST have permanent work rights in Australia.
  • Qualification in business/administration or at least 2 years’ experience in an administration/service coordination role (essential).
  • Demonstrated high-level customer service and communication skills.
  • Highly developed Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience using Xero/SimPro (desirable).
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and excellent attention to detail.
