Project Details
Project builder John Hindmarsh engaged Benmax for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the mechanical services for the purpose-built facility located in Symonston, Canberra.
Home to the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration, the state of the art facility comprises of certified level PC2 and PC3 research laboratories, office accommodation, lecture theatres and a range of tenant services, including a café.
Laboratory services within the building had to comply with the strict requirements for Physical Containment Level 2 (PC2) and Physical Containment Level 3 (PC3) standard laboratories. Benmax successfully the project in 1992.
