Pearl Apartments is located in the heart of Kingston Foreshore in Canberra’s inner south. A mixed-use development of 46 apartments and 4,000m² of office suites, the three to six storey building is surrounded by a manicured garden with pool and gym. Comprising of generous three-bedroom apartments with a minimum of 134m2 in living space, Pearl establishes a mature standard of accommodation.
Awarded the mechanical services contract for the project, Benmax completed the design, construction and commissioning of services on the award-winning building.
