Working alongside PBS Building, Benmax delivered stage 2 works at the new Farrer Village by Goodwin development in Canberra.
Bringing new independent living options to older Canberran’s, the Farrer Village by Goodwin project delivers a hub of modern conveniences and living options across 169 single level apartments (one, two and three bedroom) with modern conveniences, health and lifestyle services and social spaces.
Stage 1 project works saw the construction of an impressive Lifestyle Clubhouse open to all residents and comprising of a licensed cafe and bar, gymnasium, billiards room, cinema, library and more. Benmax joined the project team for stage 2 works delivering the HVAC mechanical services for apartments located in buildings E and F at the multi building complex.
