Project Details
Working in partnership with builder Manteena, Benmax will deliver the HVAC mechanical services for the new Eastedge commercial development located at 2 Faulding Street, Symonston.
The architecturally designed and sustainable building will offer 6,000 sqm of commercial accommodation over three levels providing tenants with an open plan office space filled with natural light from an impressive curtain wall glass façade. A central atrium will separate the east and west wings of the building and will house lift services for all floors.
Supporting the sustainability goals of the build, the electrical and hydraulic services will be fully integrated throughout the building and a mechanical plant room will be situated on the roof.
Construction of the project commenced in June 2022 with Manteena undertaking demolition and excavation works at the site. The project is expected to be completed in 2023.
