Project Details
Located within one of Canberra’s more recent developments, Crace Central provides residents a local supermarket, medical centre, restaurant and café, beauty and fitness retail facilities in an urban precinct connecting surrounding community amenities and providing a local hub for residents.
Working in partnership with local developer Koundouris Group, Benmax completed the design, construction and commissioning of HVAC mechanical services for the new construction site in 2016, and through our service and maintenance team continue to hold the maintenance contract for the site today.
Supabarn Supermarket remains the primary tenant at the centre operating 15 hours per day across seven days a week. The experience of the Benmax team in maintaining its systems ensures the supermarket can have full confidence that there will be minimal interruption and down time to its busy operations.
