Last Friday, the Benmax family lost one of our greatest, Mr Mick Polsen. A founding partner and long-time director, Mick was a highly regarded and respected member of the mechanical services industry for over 40 years and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Benmax is delighted to share that our annual NPS results were released today, and we have achieved a companywide score of 68.0 – a great result for the team given the average for the construction industry sits at 43.0.

In wonderful news out of Wellington, Benmax team member Sam El-Matary has been honoured by the Hutt City Council receiving a Civic Honours Award for Cultural Affairs for outstanding voluntary service to others in the community.

This week we received notification that the National Biocontainment Laboratory located in Upper Hutt, New Zealand, has formally achieved PC3 Certification. This is a fantastic achievement for the NZ Ministry of Primary Industries and we are delighted to have played a key role in the delivery of this landmark facility.

We are so proud of our Benmax team for their outstanding effort in the 2021 Canberra Marathon Festival. What started as one member of our team wanting to challenge themselves and do something different, turned into a team of almost 20 training together for the event.
