Benmax is pleased to be partnering with McKee Fehl to deliver the HVAC mechanical services for their new 11,800 sqm commercial office project at 8-14 Willis Street.

The highly regarded NZ construction company has worked across many of Wellington’s most iconic landmarks and Benmax is excited to be working alongside them on delivery of this world leading green development in central Wellington.

The new 11 level commercial office tower is striving to achieve an internationally recognised 6 Green Star Rating and 5 Star NABERS energy efficiency rating – giving it a world leader rating for building design, construction and operation. When complete, expected April 2021, the building will be home to Statistics New Zealand and will accommodate approximately 1,00 office workers.

A key reason the Benmax team was selected to deliver the HVAC mechanical services on this project was our extensive experience and success in delivering buildings that utilise chilled beam technology and that focus on green star and energy efficiency ratings.  We look forward to playing a key role in the construction of this Willis Street building and working with project partners to deliver another successful project.
