Benmax Academy program launches in Canberra
At Benmax we know our people are our greatest asset. While that might sound like a cliché, we genuinely want our people to do well, to achieve their professional goals and to know they are supported in their roles.
Today we are excited to be hosting the first workshop in our new staff development initiative, the Benmax Academy. The program aims to develop and grow the skills, knowledge and capabilities of our team through tailored training opportunities that directly relate to their working environment. It will assist them to be more effective in their roles, to work better as a team and will challenge them (and us as a business) to think and do things differently.
Delivered in partnership with Wisdom Learning, our first session was hosted in Canberra with members of our Sydney, Wellington and Christchurch teams also in attendance. It has been a great day and set the tone for the year ahead.
