Recruitment Specialist

We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in a hands-on, varied role. You’ll be working closely with the P&C Manager and leaders across the business, managing recruitment and onboarding, and supporting people projects that make a real difference. If you’re proactive, organised, and passionate about finding great talent, we’d like to hear from you!

About the role

This role is central to keeping our workforce moving in the right direction. You’ll have plenty of autonomy, but you won’t be on your own. You’ll partner with managers, help them lift their recruitment skills, and take the lead on sourcing great people in a competitive market.

You can expect to:

  1. Run end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, building a smooth and practical candidate experience
  2. Build and maintain talent pipelines so we’re ready when roles open
  3. Troubleshoot issues and help streamline our recruitment processes
  4. Support people projects that improve the employee experience
  5. Collaborate with managers to deliver straightforward, achievable recruitment solutions

You’ll see the direct impact of your work, and you’ll be part of a small, supportive team that genuinely values working together.

What you’ll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related field (essential)
  • Experience working in HR or P&C, ideally in a role with strong recruitment focus
  • A sound understanding of Australian workplace legislation
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience with HR systems and recruitment platforms
  • Permanent working rights in Australia
