Benmax was awarded the mechanical services contract for the landmark commercial project located on the corner of Canberra Avenue and National Circuit in Forrest, Canberra.

One Canberra Avenue is an A-grade commercial building comprising of approximately 24,200 sqm of office space over five levels. The heart of the building is a 1,000 sqm, five-storey central atrium that provides access across the building and between floors via aerial bridges and helical stair. Three basement levels provide 495 car spaces, loading dock access, shower and change room facilities, and over 700 sqm of enclosed storage.
