Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Clubs are a premium offering to the gym market in Australia and New Zealand. The Canberra facility provides a diverse range of services including: pool facilities, spa/sauna, gym, studio fitness rooms, lounge and meeting rooms, crèche and retail stores.

Awarded the mechanical services contract, Benmax played a key role from the initial design phase through to the construct of services for the club. Our experience in managing complex builds ensured the ongoing demands of conceptual and structural change in the new build were managed effectively whilst maintaining the aesthetic, energy and timeline requirements of the job. Following the success of the build, BEMS secured the multiyear service and maintenance contract for the facility.
