The refurbishment of the National Convention Centre in Canberra included a full upgrade to the heating, cooling and ventilation services supporting the royal theatre, main foyer, exhibition hall, ballroom, gallery and Sutherland, Menzies and Bradman theatres. The project, undertaken in the occupied building, was challenged by the staged manner to suit the principal’s requirements and locality of services within the existing building.
