Benmax was awarded the mechanical services contract to deliver the Canberra College of Performing Arts Centre in Phillip, ACT. Completed in 2012, the facility has become a state of the art education hub for the college and aspires to be an iconic performing arts centre in the south of Canberra.

The building and systems aimed to provide a well-engineered project that was economical to build, operate and maintain, while meeting the client’s requirements for quality, image and functionality. The building has the capacity to be modified and/or expanded in the future
