Brindabella central energy was constructed at the Canberra Airport to supply chilled water, heating hot water and cooling water to attached buildings.

The Brindabella Park central plant has a cooling capacity of 5500kWR and a heating capacity of 4800kW from the natural gas fired boilers. This plant supplies heating chilled and condenser water to four buildings.
