Located at the Australian National University campus located in Canberra, the Hedley Bull Building houses the ANU College of Asia and the Pacific and its sub faculties. The building consists of five levels of office accommodation, teaching facilities, lecture theatres and public space.

Benmax was engaged by Construction Control to deliver the mechanical services for the project. Services consisted of chilled water plant, heating water plant, central air handling plant and fan coil systems for individual offices. Ventilation systems were also provided for toilets, kitchens, general areas, switch rooms and garbage rooms. A fully compliant smoke exhaust system was also fitted to the building with Benmax also responsible for the installation of the building management control system.
