Housing one of the larget tri-generation plants in Australia, Aeropark Central Energy was constructed at the Majura Office Park to supply chilled water, heating hot water and cooling water to attached buildings 1 and 5 Wellington, 11 and 15 Lancaster.

The Majura Park central plant is a tri-generation has a cooling capacity of 5300kWR, including the absorption chiller, and a heating capacity of 3900kW from the natural gas fired boilers. Additional heating can be obtained from the heat rejected by the 1000kW natural gas genset.
