Construction Control engaged Benmax for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the mechanical services for this five-level commercial office building. The flagship building of the Fairbairn precinct is set in the grounds of the former defence base and is part of the award-winning Fairbairn Office Park.

Designed by Rudd’s Consulting Engineers, the building consists of a central heating and chilled water plant and low temperature VAV system, all designed to achieve a 4.5 Star NABERS rating.

Benmax successfully completed the project in 2008 and through our service and maintenance arm, BEMS, continue to hold the service contract for the building today.
