Officially opened in September 2017, the Christchurch Justice and Emergency Services Precinct is a $300 million anchor project led by the New Zealand Ministry of Justice. The 42,000 sqm state of the art facility brings together all justice and emergency services in one purpose built, leading edge facility in central Christchurch. Made up of three buildings, it is the largest multi-agency government co-location project in New Zealand’s history and an estimated 2,000 people will work or use the facility each day.

Awarded the mechanical services contract by Fletcher Construction, Benmax played a key role in the development of the milestone facility. A project that pushed the limits in design and technology, the experience and expertise of the entire Benmax team proved crucial in delivering a quality product from concept and design, through to commissioning.
